• A company that holds an officially approved transportation management permit issued by the government of the respective country, and is registered as a local entity in that country.
• A company that owns refrigerated and frozen vehicles with the necessary qualifications required for transportation under the laws of the respective country and is capable of issuing tax invoices.
• A company that is able to provide transportation services as required by the overseas branch of aT (Agriculture and Fisheries Trade Corporation) in the respective country.
